As a woman, we often found ourselves spending our time and energy on others instead of us. Life can be a completely roller coaster, but we keep on giving and expect for the best. We can get sucked into our mundane life and forget to honour our true feminine values. With so much pressure on women right now, I have done this painting with two different sides of the same woman, her true self and the one she wants to show to the world. Exactly like the pink cheeks, they can represent good health, or at the same time stress, embarrassment or event medication.
